## What he does

Salesforce keeps shipping features that you pay for whether you use them or not. Carl closes that gap for COOs and CROs, using twenty years of Salesforce implementation judgement to build a governance model that shows where the platform is paying off, and where it isn't.

The work is advice, not delivery. He helps establish habits and governance an in-house admin can carry forward:

- Design authority: changes get reviewed before they get built
- A roadmap with an owner, including saying no to work that does not serve it
- Release reviews of what, if anything, in the latest Salesforce release could add value
- An admin who can carry the model forward: architectural practices so decisions move from reactive fixes to a plan leadership can see

Before recommending anything, he scores the organisation against a six-area governance framework from his book, Think Like an Architect. A Salesforce AI Readiness Assessment is a half-day session, delivered as a written report. $2,500 AUD for the first three clients, credited in full to the first month's retainer if they go ahead within 30 days.

He does not resell licences, is not a Salesforce partner, and does not sell the implementation of his own advice. He also does not build. Where work needs hands on a keyboard, he designs it and hands it to the client's admin, or points them at someone better suited to building it.
